to support the hiring manager identify what to look for in the candidate (choose from a set of pre-identified capability factors), and how (select the interviewers and sequence for assessing the identified capability factors) to do the same.

Improved quality of decision making

by enabling the hiring manager to select from a set of additional inputs e.g. Aptitude and Psychometric Tests (as per the framework agreed with the organization) and administering the same to the candidate.

Anchoring the end to end process

by surfacing all the relevant information (scores of the aptitude test, probe areas from the psychometric test) at the start of every round of interview, and suggesting a set of questions to the interviewers to select from.
